Rigtig sød og imødekommende vært! Nem parkering og gratis. Nem adgsng til sporvogn M1 så man kan komme rundt i hele berl
7.0Rigtig god beliggenhed masser af plads sporvogn stort set lige udenfor døren, så man nemt kan komme ind til et centrale Berlin. Nem adgang til indkøb ved Lidl og man bor på en sidevej med gratis parkering. Og rigtig sød vært!
− Lejligheden havde en god størrelse men den var meget mørk og den var meget fugtig. Det skal nævnes at det er en kælderlejlighed og man har ikke adgang til gården i foreningen. Derudover trængte lejligheden måske til en hovedrengøring under seng og møbler.

7.0Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Die Wohnung ist groß und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Da geht etliches über schiere Zweckmäßigkeit hinaus. Das Ausstattungspaket ist sehr gut.
− Es waren nur Kleinigkeiten: In der Küche haben wir einen Sparschäler vermisst und eine weitere Pfanne. Die vorhandene war auch ziemlich fettig, als wir sie erstmals benutzen. Die Matratzen könnten gern fester sein, die aktuellen waren sehr durchgelegen. Aber diese Kritikpunkte ändern nichts am guten Gesamteindruck.
Zentrale, aber sehr ruhige Lage in Pankow mit Straßenbahnanschluss und Lidl - tolle Familienzeit in Berlin!
8.0Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und alles, was man so braucht, ist da! Die Küchenzeile ist perfekt und die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Badezimmer sind sehr klein, reichen aber aus.
− Die Metallbetten sind schick, quietschen aber leider bei jeder Bewegung. Die sollte man durch Holzbetten ersetzen …
