6.0Die Lage war für unseren Aufenthalt top. Es gibt viele nette Kaffees in direkter Nachbarschaft. ÖV auch direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Küche ist mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet.
− Es scheint, dass dies mal ein Ladenlokal war und nun zu einem Apartment umgebaut wurde. Das Wohn-/Schlafzimmer ist speziell und kommt auf den Bildern anders rüber. Uns hat gestört, dass die Fensterfront zur Strasse wahr und man keinen Rolladen hat. Die zwei Betten im OG sind für Erwachsene kaum zu brauchen, da man nicht aufrecht stehen kann. Das Bad ist sehr klein und war eiskalt.

− זו בעצם חנות על רחוב ראשימשהפכו לדירה. כל הצד שפונה לרחוב זה חלון זכוכית ענק שצריך תמיד להיות מכוסה בוילונות שחורים אחרת כל מי שעובר במדרכה מסתכל לתוך חדר השינה. בהמשך הדירונת אין שום חלון או מקור לאוויר - פרט ליציאה הצרה לחצר האחורית. הגלריה כל כך נמוכה שאפילו לילדים לא מתאימה - במיוחד שהמדרגות לשם תלולות וחורקות המטבחון קטן ולא נוח - אבל מצוייד היטב המקלחת והשירותים קטנים מאד ונטולי אוורור - אפילו לא איזו וונטה הרחוב מסביב ממש לא מושך - המון חנויות נטושות. ממש לא מעביר את התחושה שקיויתי כשבחרתי לגור בשכונה הזו, שאמורה להיות תוססת וצעירה נקודת האור - תחבורה נוחה לאלכסנדרפלאץ בטראם ואוטובוס מס. 4.
Bon apartament, còmode, net i agradable per una estada curta a Berlin.
9.0L'apartament està super bé. Net, agradable i decorat amb molt de gust. Tot i ser un antic local comercial, situat a nivell de carrer, és molt tranquil i silenciós. Té un pati interior molt maco. Els llits son molt còmodes. L'apartament està ben cuidat i net.
− Està bastant apartat del centre però com que hi ha un tramvia aprop i amb moltes combinacions, arribes fàcilment a la plaça Alexandrplaz o altres punts de la ciutat. La pega és que només té un bany i bastant petit. Això dificulta la comoditat amb varies persones.

8.0Die Wohnung ist schön aufgeteilt und groß genug und hat eine Terasse im Hinterhof, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Vermieter meldet sich sehr schnell. Die Lage ist gut und sehr gute ÖPNV Anbindung.
− Das Bad ist recht klein, und das ein oder andere im dem Appartement könnte ausgebessert/erneuert werden. Man kann nicht wirklich gut lüften, da ein Fenster auf dem Gehweg rausgeht.
