Amazing staying!
10.0I highly recommend Andrea's apartment. We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. The location is perfect, with everything you need nearby and just a few minutes' walk from Venice's famous attractions. I'm so glad I chose this apartment. Andrea is a wonderful host who kindly allowed us both an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

10.0Andrew was so helpful since we booked the apartment and he came to greet us to the nearest pier on the first day then walked with us to the apartment. He prepared useful information about the apartment and he was so helpful to show us the nearest restaurants supermarket so on. During our stay when we contacted him, he replied us so quickly and all the information that we needed was provided in the same day. He decorated the apartment with very beautiful Murano glasses. The outside of the apartment was classic however inside is contemporary.The place was clean and very spacious. The day we left, he kindly allowed us to leave our luggages in the apartment. We really e joyed our stay and would like to come back moreover we will definitely recommend his apartment to our friends.
− In the kitchen some back of the plastic table mats were wet ( perhaps the previous guests) and smelled a bit. The large flying pan was not cleaned by the previous guests. This is not a complaint however as there were large beautiful glass artworks on the high shelf in the kitchen, we were so careful to open and close the doors of the fridge and kitchen cupboards.

10.0Andrew is an ideal host! He met us at the water bus station and escorted us to the apartment. He was super responsive and answered any/all questions, including having materials at the apartment which answered almost everything without having to check with him. The apartment had heat pumps and so we enjoyed the air conditioning which we had not anticipated. It was also clean and well resourced for all needs. And the location was easy walking distance (within 1.25 miles) to all of the usual touring spots (St. Mark's/Doge/Murano/Burano/Ghetto/Guggenheim/etc). One of the best places any of our group had ever stayed in!
Stay here to really “live” Venice!
10.0Absolutely lovely apartment! Felt so “at home”. Perfect for traveling with others. Ample space for everyone to gather or have space. Great beds, comfortable furniture. The location is excellent for waking anywhere and very near a couple of vaporetto stops making water transport a breeze. Owners are lovely and provide great recommendations. Stay here to really “live” Venice
