Magical stay during our stop in Venice
10.0It was a darling place to stay with all the amenities you need full of charm and character. The water door window is magical. ✨ Maria is an exceptional hostess filled with love, kindness as well as many tips and recommendations. We would return here in a heartbeat. Also located in a very quiet area
A hidden gem
10.0This apartment and our host were wonderful. The apartment is in a quieter part of Venice but still only a short walk from the main spots. The terrace and seats opening on to the water is stunning. Maria has thought of everything. She recommended us amazing places for every part of our stay for both food and things to do. She even text us when to go to the main square to see reflections of the basilica in high tide. A wonderful host and an experience we won't forget. Worth noting how good the air conditioning was also given we visited in the July heat! You will be in good hands in this beautiful apartment. Grazie Maria!

A cosy waterside home away from home in the heart of Venice
10.0Location was great for getting around on foot. Very secure apartment with secure access. Hostess Maria looked after us with arrival information and instructions to get to the property. She provided many helpful tips and tourist information. Bed was extremely comfortable and suited us so we awoke refreshed every morning. Fridge and small kitchen area so we could prepare our own breakfast. However there was a great coffee shop nearby so we didn’t really need to eat anything in the apartment.
− The property was a little dark and due to its location next to the canal (hello this is Venice 😂) was a bit humid, however there were heating elements and a washer/dryer that were available to keep us snug and dry.
