Perfetto per la Biennale
10.0Posizione perfetta per visitare la Biennale, proprio a due passi da Giardini (quindi anche alla fermata del vaporetto); comunicazione perfetta dall'inizio alla fine, accoglienza fantastica, tanti piccoli, apprezzabilissimi dettagli, appartamento davvero tipico, che ti fa immergere nella vita del quartiere di Castello, vicino anche a supermercati, gelaterie, pizzerie e ristoranti, o alla barca del fruttivendolo, fin troppo grande per me che ero da sola, fornito di ogni cosa, ben decorato (ho apprezzato particolarmente muri a nudo, travi, le fantastiche piastrelle del bagno, il graziosissimo strofinaccio della cucina) sicuro e tranquillo. Tutti i servizi (WiFi, intensità e temperatura dell'acqua, aria condizionata, illuminazione e prese elettriche) funzionano alla perfezione. Particolare apprezzamento per la scelta di utilizzare le lenzuola (ritengo il solo piumino non adatto alla nostra zona...) letto (con topper) molto comodo.

Appartamento in zona piacevole per visitare Venezia
9.0Appartamento in zona tranquilla di Castello. E' stato molto semplice ritirare le chiavi grazie a un video che il sig. Gianfranco ci aveva mandato. L'appartamento, raggiungibile tramite una scala interna (quindi sconsigliato per chi ha problemi di mobilità), era composto da cucina (completa di tutto l'occorrente per prepararsi dei piatti), salottino, bagno e camera da letto. Molto apprezzato anche la presenza dei repellenti per zanzare :)

9.0One of the best location for visiting the Biennale. The location is away from the main traffic with authentic restaurants nearby but still very close to the Giardini.

10.0Perfect location for the Biennale in an authentic part of Venice where locals still live. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedroom. Excellent shower room and small lounge as well. The owner is very easy to deal with and answers queries straightaway.
