10.0房東十分親切，非常仔細介紹了威尼斯旅遊資訊！住宿地點距離車站跟碼頭都不遠，若買了船票，即可搭船，不用搬運行李過橋十分方便！房間一應俱全，廚房、洗衣機都有，生活機能佳！住宿地點十分安全！

Stylish, comfortable and convenient spot in Venice.
8.0Simone was great and gave us lots of advice, maps, suggestions, etc. Property was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. Close to train station.
− The only thing that could be improved would be if it had AC, but it had fans and windows that could be left open securely so it wasn’t a big deal.

10.0Functional, sizeable, well equipped apartment in a great location, short walk from main train station and to a vaporetto stop. Our host Simone was very helpful, taking the time to meet us, show us around the apartment and provide thoughtful and useful advice for our time in Venice.

10.0Simone es un gran anfitrión. Nos solucionó un problema que tuvimos con nuestro equipaje y su indicaciones nos ayudaron en nuestra estancia. El piso cumplió nuestras expectativas. Situado al lado de la parada del Vaporetto 1 Riba de Viasio.Próximo a la estación de tren y autobuses y muy bien situado.Sofá cama muy cómodo. Para repetir si duda alguna.

10.0Tesis çok güzeldi. Tesise ulaşım da kolay oldu. Durağa yakındı. Tesisin sahibi o kadar ilgiliydi ki sadece tesisi anlatmakla yetinmedi aynı zamanda Venediği, nerelerin gezilmesini gerektiği, hangi restoranların hangi yemeklerinin güzel olduğuna varıncaya kadar herşeyi çok içten bir şekilde anlattı. 4 kişilik ailemle gittim. Kendimizi bizzat evimizde hissettik. Alt yapı nedeniyle klima yoktu ancak tesis sahibi çok güçlü ve yeni iki adet vantilatörle bu eksikliği gidermeye çalıştı. Herkese tavsiye ederim.
