Great property but a couple of small issues arouse during our stay.

Was very clean, a lot of space. Location was fantastic.

− Unfortunately we had an issue with the toilet which made it unusable, the host wasn’t easy to contact regarding this issue and took 48 hours to resolve. The front door to the property was difficult to open, took great lengths of time, we wish we had a demonstration prior.

We LOVED this place. So spacious and clean. Perfectly central location. Friendly & helpful property manager. All the amenities- including the washing machine which was a huge bonus for us.

− The mattress sinks in the middle. But still comfy! It was a little confusing on arrival, when you have poor cell service, but the property manager was quick to help.

Чистая просторная квартира! Есть все необходимо и в достаточном количестве - предметы гигиены, разнообразие посуды, зонтики и так далее. Нас встретили, все показали и рассказали. Также были предложены напитки, фрукты. Прекрасный вид из окна на кухне!

Appartement calme et spacieux

L'appartement très bien situé dans un quartier central, au-dessus de petits canaux où on peut voir passer de temps à autres gondoles et petits bateaux. De plus, il est calme, ce qui est bien appréciable après de bonnes journées de tourisme. Il est spacieux, lumineux et très fonctionnel. La cuisine est bien équipée, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations. La salle de bain également avec savon et lessive. Des petites attentions ont été pensées pour l'accueil : boissons au frais, corbeille de fruits... Nous avons été accueillis par une personne agréable, discrète et attentive. Si nous revenons une prochaine fois à Venise (c'était notre quatrième séjour et notre meilleur logement), nul doute que nous demanderons à venir loger de nouveau dans ce logement si chaleureux.

Leone (the host) was very quick to respond and met us at the vaporetto stop with only a 30-min prior notice from me - incredible. The water (and beer!) and fruit were a wonderful touch of true hospitality and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is spacious and has everything for a longer stay although we could only stay for 3 nights. All the essentials were available and we tried to leave a little something extra for the visitors to come. Location is ideal to explore the city and feel right at home like a local. Greet the neighbours, marvel at the boats that pass under the french window looking over the canal below. This was my fourth visit to Venice and so-far the best accomodation I have found in this overpriced city ;) Great value for money.
