Really great place - would stay again
9.0Area was central but quiet- very close to Rialto or St Mark’s square, and close to the Hospital pier for the Alilaguna from the airport
− Couple of lights were burnt out ( minor), coffee machine leaks quite badly ( minor), and you are required to sort trash and deliver it to a garbage area ( that is a pain if you have to rush in the morning to catch transportation)

Great and confortable stay.
10.0Nice and spacious apartment. Host was very helpful and good location away from crowds but only 15 min walking distance from main canal. Closer to Osceola ferry station which stops at santa lucia train station. Elevator was pretty convenient, we were in the 3rd floor.
Our 3 day stay was comfortable.
10.0It was clean and tidy. Close to boat stops, restaurants, Piazza S. Marco, Rialto Bridge and many other attractions.
