10.0Absolutely brilliant location, short walk to big shopping mall and the city beaches, lovely area and great view of the sunset over the mountains. Lovely hosts with no problems at all.

− Noisy door (they slam loudly) when the wind is little stronger.
Our flight was delayed and we arrived later than the scheduled arrival time, but the hosts waited for us and greeted us.
10.0The hosts were very friendly, stayed in touch throughout our stay, and provided all the necessary support. The apartment was clean, the internet was excellent, and there were plenty of kitchen utensils.

8.0コンベンションセンターでの会議に参加するために家族で利用しました。コンベンションセンターやショッピングモールに近く、またトラムの駅からも近かったので、会議の参加だけでなく、出張の合間の買い物や観光にも便利でした。ホストはとても親切で、水や軽食など必要なものをたくさん用意して下さっていたため、一日目から快適に過ごすことができました。滞在中にちょっとしたことを質問したときにもすぐに答えていただき助かりました。エレベーターがあったので、荷物の運搬が楽でした。湯船はありませんが、シャワーの水量や温度も十分だったので問題ありませんでした。
− ほとんどありません。バルコニーへの扉の鍵が閉まりづらかったので、小さい子供がいる場合は少し気をつけたほうがいいかもしれません。
