3rd time in Venice was the charm!!
10.0The location was ideal! So close to everything! Very roomy, she was nice as to leave us coffee, bath gel,etc. Alberta was super helpful with recommendation as to transport from airport and to a private bus to drive us to the Ravenna cruise port. She was available immediately every time I needed a recommendation and everyone she recommeded was excellent! I will definitely be staying with her in future as this is our 3rd time in Venice and we love it!
− The beds could have been just a tad more comfortable, but they were okay.

10.0The apartment was beautiful, it appeared to be newly renovated, super clean and spacious. The location is perfect. This was much more than we expected
− It has a wash machine, but no dryer. We were cruising the next week, so we wanted to start the cruise with clean clothes. It was difficult to air dry everything.

− Hard to climb stairs with heavy luggage. Property should consider free concierge service inside the apartments considering g that these are holiday units. As a traveller I struggled

10.0Location was excellent, apt was spacious and very comfortable. Alberta and Shubash were very responsive and welcoming. Hopefully I will get to return.
