2.0Ничего
− Оплатил номер заранее. За неделю. После чего объект размещения не выходил на связь. Ни ответил ни на один запрос. Мошенники! Уже прошла неделя с лишним, а деньги так и не вернули.
We had the nicest time at this apartment ! Particularly loved the rooftop veranda :) highly recommended !
9.0It was such an authentic apartment - close to everything ! Loved it
Tout etait très bien ! 👍
9.0L’emplacement, la terrasse, la deco …
− Rien à signaler
Loved it. Slept well, excellent location, plenty of space
10.0Loved the roof terrace, quirky decor, cool temperature and separate mother and daughter spaces
− Tiny downstairs loo!
Beautiful photos, broken promises. Five days without hot water, then the host vanished.
1.0Only location.
− Don't be FOOLED by the photos. The pictures only show the most flattering angles and hide significant issues. Access to the apartment is genuinely unsafe: after taking the lift to the 3rd floor, you go through a small metal door and immediately face a steep spiral staircase. My wife nearly fell on it. The entrance door is unusually small, and it's clear this space was never originally an apartment — likely a converted laundry room made to photograph well rather than to actually live in. There isn't a single wardrobe in the entire place, so you either live out of your suitcase or pile clothes on chairs. The terrace doesn't face the main street as the photos suggest — it looks into a side courtyard directly into neighboring apartments. The worst part: we had hot water only on the first day. For the next 5 days, none. The host first claimed he sent a plumber (he hadn't), then sent one who couldn't fix the issue, but still messaged me saying it was resolved. We eventually agreed on a 60% refund, but the host never initiated it. When I started the refund process through Booking, he denied everything. Great location, but not worth it. Look at the low rating — it's 100% accurate.
Location was the only thing we liked
5.0Location that’s all
− Not very clean, ants in kitchen even if no food was left or brought in.
