Clean, modern, very tastefully decorated, comfortable and thoroughly stocked. The only items I needed to unpack was a toothbrush, paste and floss. We loved staying on Palanca. After busy days touring it was a nice respite to head back to this lovely and quiet island. This lovely home had everything.

Ideale ruhige Lage in Giudecca, auf der anderen Seite des Giudecca Kanals, ca 5 min Fußweg von der Vaporetto Haltestelle entfernt. Fahrzeit zum Markusplatz 7-10min. Sauberkeit TOP!!!! Die liebevoll dekorierte Wohnung ist mit allem Vorstellbaren ausgestattet. Waschmaschine/Waschmittel, Bügeleisen, Bidet, sämtliche Toilettartikel die man brauchen könnte (Duschgel, Schampoo, Gesichtsreinigung, Wattepads, Wattestäbchen,... Waschlappen, sogar eine kleine Auswahl an Damenhygieneartikeln), (verpackte) Croissants, Zwieback, Marmelade, eine Packung Milch und Orangensaft im Kühlschrank, Kaffemaschine MIT Kaffeekapseln, Klimaanlage, SmartTV mit Netflix und Co, Regenschirm ... Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich einiges nicht mitnehmen müssen. ;) Sehr bequemes Bett mit guten Kopfpolstern. Sonnenschutz und - sehr wichtig, wenn man gern bei offenem Fenster schläft - Mückennetze an allen Fenstern!!! Die Gastgeberin Alessia war schon vor Abreise per Whatsapp erreichbar. Wir wurden bei der Vaporettostation von ihr abgeholt, zum Apartment gebracht und in alles eingewiesen, inklusive Tipps zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ("CheBateo" App - ein MUSS für die Öffis!!) und Restaurants. Während unseres Aufenthalts brauchten wir eigentlich nichts, aber Alessia wäre jederzeit zeitnah erreichbar gewesen!

− Es ist einfach so, dass es in Venedigs Häusern Aufzüge erst ab 3 Stockwerken gibt, dafür kann das Apartment nichts. Man muss sich aber einfach bewusst sein, dass 49 Stufen bis zur Wohnung zu überwinden sind. Ein Couchtisch wäre toll, um Getränke abstellen zu können. Eine Sache, die wirklich verbesserungswürdig wäre: Der Wasserdruck und die Temperatureinstellung in der Dusche! Als Dame mit etwas längeren Haaren ist es sehr schwierig, das Schampoo aus den Haaren zu bekommen, und bis das Wasser warm wird, muss man es leider sehr lange rinnen lassen. Vielleicht könnte man hier mit einem anderen (verstellbaren) Duschkopf, der den vorhandenen Wasserdruck etwas "komprimiert", Abhilfe schaffen.

Appartement agréable, décoré avec goût, très bien équipé, au calme, et très facile d'accès. Il y a une petite supérette à 5min à peine pour faire ses courses au besoin. Beaucoup de petites attentions dans l'appartement : chaussons, tout le nécessaire dans la salle de bain, parapluie, etc.. Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche en fin après-midi et Alessia a même eu la gentillesse de nous acheter de quoi petit déjeuner le lendemain matin. Elle a été également d'excellent conseil. Merci pour tout🤍.

Intanto l'assistenza di Alessia fin della fase di prenotazione. Poi mi è venuta a prendere all'imbarco e mi ha condotto all'appartamento spiegandomi la ricchissima dotazione completa in ogni dettaglio, anche quello che non ti aspetti. L'assistenza è proseguita durante il soggiorno con pronte e precise risposte sui mezzi pubblici, le dotazioni dell'appartamento etc. L'appartamento poi era era molto razionale ed elegante con i suoi colori neutri ed i suoi mobili di qualità , con soggiorno e camera da letto ampi, cucina fornitissima, bagno perfetto ed attrezzatissimo, l'unico senza finestra. Inoltre tre ampi finestrini provvedevano illuminazione e panorama con vista anche su un canale interno e sullo sfondo la chiesa delle Zattera La fermata Palanca 5 minuti a piedi con vaporetti ogni 10' per San Marco oppure direttamente per le Zattere proprio davanti. La Giudecca poi ha una sua anima popolare, se si rimane intorno casa si incontra solo gente del posto, bambini che giovano a pallone etc. e traversando verso sud si apre la vista sul lido. Il tutto a costi mediamente della metà che in centro storico

− Non c'è l'ascensore ma sono due piani, non c'è il balcone ma a Venezia sono proibiti...direi che non ho proprio nulla da dire. Perfetto!

Colazione completa per qualità e quantità. Appartamento super accessoriato per un soggiorno molto confortevole

− A voler per forza segnalare un punto di miglioramento direi di sostituire la tenda della doccia con un box

Clean, Cozy and Comfortable. The property is very safe for solo traveller. The location is easy to access to Giudecca Palanca pier (3-5 mins walking)
