Loved Venice and everything about the property. Lots of stairs which were OK for our fang but might prove difficult for

Peatiful And Peaful Stay In Venice With Ice Cold AC
10.0Had a wonderful stay! THE COLDEST AC! Which was amazing as we were there during the heatwave. Our group of six fit perfectly into the apartment and there was two additional roller twins so could easily fit 8. The terrace was beautiful and the area was so quite and peaceful. Kitchen had a stovetop, microwave and fridge/freezer tons of glassware, plates bowls and serving bowls. We cooked almost all of our meals in the apartment. Conrad grocery store was only a 12 minutes walk. And the Host is amazing and so quick to respond. This will be our new go to place in Venice

10.0Pietro’s place was great! We were a familly of 7: 4 adults, 1 child and 2 teenagers. There was enough rooms (and beds) and bathrooms for everyone. It was clean and had what we needed. We enjoyed the terrace and the fact that it was in a more local area, it was quiet but also close enough to walk to cafés, restaurants, bars, tourists attractions and water taxis. Pietro what an amazing host and provided us with very helpful information. I recommend his place 100%!
− We liked everything but maybe a few good things to know and keep in mind: - the living room only has one couch and a table for 6 people. We had great evenings but it felt a little bit tight for 7 people. - Like a lot of places in Italy, there’s no extra toilet paper, no scott towels and no laundry detergent. - It’s on the top floor which means several stairs to climb. We were aware of most of that and it didn’t bother us at all, the place was great, thank you Pietro!

8.0Pietro es una persona maravillosa, servicial y amable. El apartamento está limpio y está genial que haya 3 baños para 3 habitaciones.
− Había algunos mosquitos pero te dejan aparatos y sus pastillas en el apartamento y hay que subir 3 escaleras con escalones pequeños. No muy recomendable si vas con maletas muy muy pesadas o personas con movilidad reducida.
