10.0Location, location, location! Close to everything but at the same time quiet. The bed is very comfortable, everything was sparkling clean and there is a small terrace! What’s not to love? We’d go back in a heartbeat!
Perfect neighbourhood for an authentic stay in a traditional apartment.
9.0The apartment is very traditional with antique furnishings. The rooms are extremely large with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The location is off a small square but a walk of two minutes brings you to a wonderful restaurant on the canal side and a larger square with more restaurants, a pharmacy and other facilities. We enjoyed our stay at Abitazione Morisoni very much. Alberto was a good host who met us at the apartment and was good with his communication before our stay.
− The shower enclosure could be improved by raising the height of the shower head as it is quite low.

Great apartment - lovely stay in Venice
10.0Excellent location it’s quiet on a night yet so very close to all the main attractions which are all within a short walk or within a stones throw of the water boat stop at Riva de Biasio. Apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Felt nice in a morning to take breakfast on the balcony terrace which was a nice surprise!
− Place would be even better with an updated shower enclosure - but this is only an observation.
Unvergesslicher Aufentahlt in traumhafter Wohnung!
10.0Von Anfang an sehr guter Kontakt. Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Habe eine Nachricht geschickt als ich am Bahnhof ankam und wurde direkt vor dem Haus empfangen. Alles wurde genau erklärt und ich erhielt noch viele Tipps für meinen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum und hätte mindestens 15 Punkte verdient. Alles sehr sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher in guter Qualität vorhanden. auch Pflegegprodukte und alles was man in der Küche braucht. Gute Ausstattung, auch wenn man viel kochen möchte. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Es wurde an alles gedacht, sogar an Wärmflaschen und Wolldecken. Gut funktionierende Heizung, Fensterläden und auch eine AC. Kleiner Balkon mit vielen Blumen zur Westseite, schöne gr0ße und gut ausgestattete Terrasse in den Garten. Es ist ein tolles Viertel mit relativ wenig Touristen. Sehr ruhig, in der Nacht ist es außergewöhnlich still. Sehr erholsam. In 15 Minuten kann man auch mit Koffer zu Fuß die Wohnung erreichen. Für die Stadterkundung ist man gleich am Canal Grande. 5 min zu Fuß und man hat verschiedenen Linien in alle Richtungen mit dem Wasserbus. Aber auch rund um die Wohnung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Zu Fuß ist man in 15 min. an der Rialtobrücke. Alle wichtigen Geschäfte, Bäcker toller Supermarkt gleich um die Ekce, auch Restaurants und der Platz lädt zum Verweilen ein. Hier ist man wirklich in bella Italia. Auch während meines Aufentlhalts hatte ich guten Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Man hat sich immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles ok ist. Für mich ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in einer wunderbaren Wohnung. So etwas habe ich selten erlebt. Grazie mille Luisella!!!!! Tausend Dank, ich komme sicher wieder! A presto
