Great stay in a wonderful flat!
10.0Great location, fully furnished flat with everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Venice. The owner made sure we had everything we needed and was always available for any questions.
Second visit to Venice, charmed once again by Dorsoduro
9.0Wonderful location with charming views across Dorsoduro rooftops. Spacious feel, well equipped and cleanly designed space. Corrine was a great host, really helpful in sorting out of hours access when our flight was diverted to Trieste airport due to a thunderstorm.
Good but I would prefer a hotel in the area with AC for same cost

− Unbearable heat with not well equipped air conditioning. Impossible to enjoy the apartment during the day. Too hot! Never heard back from host about mitigating heat. Upstairs toilet doesn’t work very well.

9.0Location was fantastic… easy to walk everywhere or catch the water taxis. Nice quiet area, easy to walk to supermarket, restaurants. Appartment was clean and easy to access. Great communication with host Corinne.

3.0The Location was good.
− We would not recommend this accommodation during summer. As a third-floor apartment without insulation, exposed to the sun in all directions. Although the accommodation has two air conditioning units and three fans, to be honest they have not been sufficient to deal with the heat given this is a third level attic exposed to the sun from all angles. This is exacerbated by the fact the kitchen and bathroom downstairs have no window coverings at all. As a result, my wife and children suffered a lot from the heat. I would imagine it would be the same in winter as the apartment has no insulation, so all the heating and or cooling the apartment offers has zero effect.
