10.0Absolutely amazing location right on the canal. Easy to get to from vaporetto. Very near piazza San Marco. Lovely hosts. Great aircon. Overall brilliant base for family of 5 to explore Venice. Thank you!

9.0Excellent location. 3 sets of stairs were a challenge for an 80 year old. Need to fix the shower spray as it falls down Air conditioning excellent

Great location but facilty could use some upgrade

− We understood from the pictures that there is a terasse - but it was locked. The room with 2 beds - has very low quality beds in and my friends had challanges to sleep. The shower was also working very funny - not enought pressure in the pipe, sometimes no warm water, etc.
