Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location with a friendly and helpful host.
10.0Davide was a great host who met us at check-in and helped us get a sense of what Venice is really like. The apartment is beautiful and in a fantastic location. The air-conditioning was a real blessing in the heat wave. The location is handy for the vaporetto (water bus) from the station and airport, with the Ospedale stop being just a couple of minutes’ walk from the apartment - even with suitcases. Davide’s directions were easy to follow. The apartment is just 10 minutes’ gentle walk from San Marco, but nice and quiet. You’ll love getting lost in the back streets and discovering parts of Venice that most tourists never see. The kitchen is well equipped and the dishwasher was much appreciated. We will be back.

10.0Being next to Ospedale means that it sits away from the touristy side and it’s amazing, wonderful food around the area and very peaceful. Vaporetto stop about 300m away.!
− The middle room did not have AC but it did not take away from an awesome location, the beautiful apartment and the wonderful host.
