− Ужасные апартаменты. По фотографии всё красиво, на самом деле все супер старое уже. В описании указано что есть кондиционер, по факту это это было обычный вентилятор. Квартира похожа на притон, в морозилке нашли странные предметы замороженные, в холодильнике на боковой стенке лежали шприцы. По итогу через два часа после заселения мы просто переехали в соседнюю гостиницу. Это был очень ужасный опыт. Ни в коем случае не советую оставаться в этих апартаментах.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Ovi’s white luxury penthouse in the heart of Amsterdam as a special celebration for my mother’s 70th birthday, and it exceeded every expectation. From the very start, Ovi went above and beyond. When he learned we were arriving early by train from Paris and departing late by plane, he proactively offered us an early check-in and a late check-out — without us even asking. That kind of thoughtfulness set the tone for the entire stay. And it only got better. When Ovi found out we were celebrating my mother’s milestone birthday, we arrived to find the apartment beautifully decorated with fresh flowers, an assortment of fine chocolates, and delicious stroopwafels. It was such a heartfelt touch that genuinely moved us. The apartment itself is stunning — a bright, beautifully appointed penthouse that truly has everything. The spa area is exceptional, featuring a sauna, a tanning bed, and a whirlpool jacuzzi. Ovi gave us a thorough walkthrough of every detail upon arrival, and also provided curated local guides with discounts for a wide range of activities. He even gave us tailored restaurant recommendations in the neighbourhood, taking into careful consideration that my mother is coeliac. That level of personalised care is rare and deeply appreciated. The location is simply perfect. Just a 2-minute walk from the Westerkerk and the Anne Frank House, set within one of the famous Nine Streets (De 9 Straatjes), with canal cruise boats passing right by. The Central Station is only about 20 minutes away on foot. The street is wonderfully central yet remarkably peaceful — no car traffic whatsoever. And the view from the apartment? Especially in the evening, it looks like a living Van Gogh painting.

− A couple of practical things worth mentioning for future guests: as this is a beautiful historic building, there is no lift, and the apartment is on the third floor. My mother was initially a little apprehensive about this — she is petite and has some knee issues — but in the end she managed absolutely fine. The staircase is less daunting than it sounds, as there are long flat stretches between the flights. We’d also love to see a little more storage space for clothing; there are drawers in the smaller bedroom, but hanging space is somewhat limited. These are genuinely minor points in the context of an otherwise exceptional stay.

Very clean apartment in a great location Obi the host couldn’t have done anymore for us , he made us very welcome and made some great recommendations for us locally and was available if we needed anything , best host I’ve come across and made our stay so comfortable

Great location, practically in the center and very close to some historical places. You can jump on the canal ride almost in front of the building. The apartment is nice, huge, well equipped. The owner is nice and ready to help with hints and practical info. Recommended restaurants nearby were also great. Public garage is walking distance away in case you arrive by car.
