The accommodation was in a very central location, which made it easy to explore the area, and it was reasonably well equipped with the amenities needed for our stay. On the downside, the cleanliness could have been much better. There was noticeable dust in the apartment, and the washing machine contained hair from previous guests, which was unpleasant to find. Unfortunately, the checkout process negatively affected our overall experience. We asked if it would be possible to check out at 11:00 a.m. instead of 10:00 a.m., and the owner said he would get back to us but never did. At 10:00 a.m., the cleaner knocked on our door, and while we were trying to get ready, the owner started sending messages asking us to vacate the apartment immediately. He explained that since he had not replied to our request, it meant that the late checkout had not been approved. We were travelling with our 4-month-old baby and needed some extra time to feed and prepare the baby for the journey. Despite our efforts to get ready as quickly as possible, we eventually left the accommodation at 10:30 a.m. The lack of communication and understanding during checkout was disappointing and unfortunately overshadowed an otherwise acceptable stay.

Location is exceptional! In the center of the jewish ghetto, you're very close to kosher restaurants and grocery store . You can reach by foot lot of interesting landmarks. Apartment was very clean, good amount of towels, toilet paper and soap. Self check in very well explained .

− The cooler unit was veryyyy noisy!! You can't sleep with it , despite the ear plugs supplied by the host... Fortunately, there was an other fan , less noisy but less efficient too. You have to run both to cool the room. A bottle of water would have been welcome . Bed was too soft and bumpy in my opinion, but maybe other people will like it

A few items needing attention around the place but the location was amazing.

The best thing about this accommodation was the location. In the middle of the Jewish ghetto neighbourhood. Great trattoria outside the door.

− Some items around the place needing attention. Could not sit on one of the chairs as the backrest was falling apart. The bedhead was held up by a couple of hooks in the wall, one of which kept letting go, bed also felt like it was slanting on one side. New hairdryer needed as the one provided was blowing lukewarm air at best. Invest in a new shower curtain and affix it properly. Also the agents advised early on in the booking that they would advise if an early checkin was going to be an option as it was set at 3pm but our train arrived in Rome at 12.30pm. Didn’t hear back so when enquiring on the day of was told it wasn’t possible due to the property not being ready before 3pm. So we waited in the courtyard from 1.30 on a very hot day. No one exited the door at all until we let ourselves in at 3pm so the property was in fact ready by at least 1.30pm. We could have checked in early after all.

Back again!

A beautiful, spacious apartment in an ideal location for sightseeing. Very clean and well-stocked. Love the Bialetti!

− A small lamp in the seating area would have been good, as that area doesn't get much natural light.
