Limpio, cómodo y buena ubicación

La ubicación con dos estaciones de metro cercanas y buses. A 10 minutos andando de los museos vaticanos y a 15 de la plaza San Pedro. Barrio con muchos comercios y restaurantes. Apartamento con aire acondicionado y muy tranquilo. Nos esperaba la anfitriona para darnos las llaves y darnos las explicaciones necesarias (cada vez valoro más elmque sea así). Apartamento muy limpio

Ubicación , muy lindo edificio ordenado todo impecable.

− La dueña o la encargada muy poco empatiza y comunicativa , nos equivocamos con la reserva le pedimos a los 10 minutos de hacerla podes modificarla y la rechazó , eso es de mala fe por q la verdad q comunicándote a los 10 minutos de realizada la reserva no te cambia nada. El resto todo bien.

− The only thing is with respect to the check-in at 17:00 which is very late and check-out at 10:00 which is very early. They have us extra 2hrs for late check-out but still does not satisfy us as needed.

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location

The apartment was very nice, clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was on the first floor, making it easily accessible by both the stairs and the lift. The building has a beautiful inner courtyard. We were kindly asked to carry our luggage through the courtyard instead of rolling it, to help keep the area quiet for residents. There are separate air-conditioning units in both rooms, which would certainly be very useful in summer (we stayed in April, so we did not need them). The kitchen was well equipped with everyday essentials, including salt, pepper, coffee capsules, paper towels, and a kitchen towel. Our taxi from Ciampino Airport cost €45 because the property is located just outside the area covered by Rome's €40 fixed taxi fare from the airport.

− Only a few minor issues. The apartment has only double duvets. We asked for single duvets, but they were not available. The double duvets were wide enough, so it was not a major problem. The duvets are placed between two flat sheets rather than inside duvet covers; this seems to be common practice in Rome. The bathroom door could not be locked from the inside. Since we were a group of four, we had to come up with our own way of indicating from the outside that the bathroom was occupied. The hot water temperature in the shower was occasionally unstable – sometimes it became cooler, probably because the hot water tank needed to reheat. At check-in, the host photographed the identity documents of all four guests. This may be standard procedure, but we wondered whether photographing just one guest's ID would have been sufficient.

Romanın sessiz ama herşeye yakın bir bölgesi Prati'de apartman çarşı market ve restaurantların ortasında, mükemmel bir antreye sahip bakımlı ve çok temiz bir apartman. Banyosu ve odaları çok ferah ve tertemiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

− Trevi bölgesinden uzak olduğu için canlı Roma atmosferine 10 15 dk yürümeniz gerekebilir. Ama sakinlik arayanlar için muhteşem.

Modern, szép, tiszta, jól felszerelt lakás, kényelmes ágyakkal, jó illatú piperével, finom kávéval, 2 klímával, nagy, vállfás szekrényekkel A szállásadó nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Egyeztetett időpontban a kapuban várt. Az apartman egy hátsó udvarra néz, így nagyon csendes volt. A lépcsőház tiszta, az udvar szép. 20 méterre van egy nagy áruválasztékú bolt. Sok jó és nem drága étterem van a közelben. Az Angyalvár és a Bazilika is 10 perc séta alatt könnyen elérhető. Metro és busz kb 5 perc sétára van.

− A tévék nem rendelkeznek okos funkciókkal, így a streaming szolgáltatások nem használhatók és képernyőmegosztás sem volt, csak olasz adások. Ez különösebben minket nem zavart, mert minden nap estig jártuk a gyönyörű várost. 😊 Csak azért írtam le, hátha ez valakinek fontos információ.
