5.0Расположение отличное. Квартира когда то была хорошая, но время берет свое.
− Квартира довольно старая, постоянные проблемы с протечкой воды с джакузи. Вода в джакузи набирается очень плохо. Сток в душе забит и вода растекается по всей комнате. Унитаз подперт снизу кирпичами) наверное чтобы не отвалился вообще. Диван грязный и воняет. Подушки на кровати ужасные.
