Excellent location and beautiful property with fully equipped kitchen and lovely decoration. Thank you for the tips for shops and the local fish market.

− Nothing to criticise but a raised decking on the terrace would improve the view of the life going past on the Grand Canal.

La situation dans la ville, prêt de tout. L immeuble un ancien "palais". L appartement, confortable et beau. Et surtout la terrasse sur le "gran canale". Ainsi que notre hôte qui nous a donné d excellents conseils.

Such a wonderful place to stay in Venice - I cannot recommend it highly enough. Fabulous location, with a sunny terrace right on the Grand Canal, and a waterbus stop 4 minutes walk away. Elegant décor, 2 bathrooms, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, that was stocked with essentials and treats thanks to Alice, the delightful host/owner. Collecting the keys was seamless thanks to Alice's great communication, with her meeting us as soon as we got off the water ferry (Alilaguna) from the airport (the apartment is a short 5 mins walk from the Alilaguna ferry stop). If you are visiting Venice and want an exceptional experience treat yourselves and book this apartment.

We spent 4 days here to celebrate our daughter’s 18th Birthday, and from the second we arrived it was perfect. Alice is quite possibly one of the nicest people we’ve met! She arranged a private water taxi to collect us from the airport which stops right outside the property, our daughter felt like a celebrity!! The villa is lovely and Alice has thought of everything. It’s a cosy little place with a lovely little terrace where we spent a lot of time watching the boats going past. The kitchen was well equipped and also well stocked for us with water, soft drinks, beer and a bottle of prosecco which we really appreciated, Alice even got a cake in for our daughters birthday a long with a little gift! The villa is in a great location where there are many shops, restaurants and cafes a short walk away. While we were there, we asked how to get to Murano and Alice arranged a water taxi to drop us off then pick us back up when we were ready. I would highly recommend staying here, we are definitely going to visit again, it really was perfect!!

The most stylish and personal apartment we have stayed in. With high level specs and design pieces, you almost want to spend more time inside the apartment than enjoying the spectacular view and vibes on the large terrace watching gondolas pass by. The space is tranquil with lots of light. Our host was super nice and provided us with drinks, coffee and fruits to easily start our time in Venice. Communication was pro-active and quick. The pick up from the bridge near the train station was extra helpful. Thank you for letting us stay here!
