9.0L’host è stata estremamente cordiale e disponibile già prima del nostro arrivo, fornendoci tutte le indicazioni per raggiungere facilmente l’alloggio sia dalla stazione che dal Tronchetto con il vaporetto. Un’attenzione che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua fresca e alcuni snack di benvenuto, un gesto semplice ma che fa sentire subito accolti. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, moderno, recentemente ristrutturato e curato in ogni dettaglio. Pur essendoci l’aria condizionata, la casa rimaneva piacevolmente fresca anche senza accenderla. La posizione è un altro grande punto di forza: si trova nella zona della Biennale, in una calle tranquilla e lontana dal turismo di massa, ma allo stesso tempo comodissima per raggiungere il centro di Venezia passeggiando. Il perfetto equilibrio tra quiete e praticità. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato eccellente. Senza dubbio uno dei migliori alloggi in cui siamo mai stati ospitati. Quando torneremo a Venezia, sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta.
