6.0En general estaba todo muy bien, ubicación, mobiliario, comodidad.
− El calor insoportable en las habitaciones en época de verano, habia aire acondicionado pero solo para el salón, las habitaciones solo un ventilador. Y el calor era insoportable. No se.podia dormir del.calor.. y un 3 piso sin ascensor , bastante incómodo para personas mayores.
Perfect location for a bigger family
9.0The location was excellent, the size of the apartment and the facilities (for Venezia) were really great. There is also a very nice local restaurant (with high rating) in the same building (next door) that we enjoyed during the first evening. The apartment has an amazing view to the sea and quick access to the ferry terminal. 5 minutes walk from the shops and only 20 min walk to San Marco square.
− Check out time was a bit early. Also not very clear with the garbage collection (somebody was supposed to arrive on Monday to collect the garbage but never arrived). Otherwise no major complaints.

− Uno de los colchones está para cambiar, el de Ia habitación con el espejo en el cabecero La comunicación con respecto a las tasas, pensábamos que nos las cobrarían directamente de la tarjeta, ya que no hablamos del tema, y tuvimos q hacer transferencia que nos costó 6€
