10.0First off, the host was very helpful! He helped us navigate Venice and we arrived to the cute apartment easily. Secondly, the location was excellent. It was close to the tourist things, but out of the main tourist center. Super close to a large canal and water taxi station. Near great restaurant, a coffee shop, and grocery store! Perfect stay.

9.0Lovely apartment in a great location. Very helpful video instructions from host. Very close to public transport which made arriving/departing so easy. Lovely quiet part of the city with friendly restaurants and bars within easy reach. 10/10!

Great location and comfortable space to enjoy Venice like a local.
9.0Easy location to access by vaporetto. Gelato and restaurants immediately close. Two story with good separation for relaxing. Two washing machines and one dryer plus drying racks. Well appointed kitchen. Quiet area.
− Safety inspection could be done. My son was shocked by an antique lamp when he tried to turn it on. Breaker flipped and the host walked us through how to resolve. We were advised to keep it unplugged.
