The apartment has everything that is needed for a family of 3. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils, all that is necessary for cooking. There is also a washing machine, which we found very useful. There is a small terrace for smoking, relaxing or just drying clothing. The shower is indeed small, the bathroom itself is not big, but for us it was not an issue. The location is 2 minutes away from S. Alvise vaporetto stop, very conveniant for visiting neighboring islands and getting to and from the Ferrovia (Train Station). There is a supermarket 5 minutes away, also a plus. Additionally, there is a small park less than 100m away, and the Cannaregio Civic Center is also right there - we did not go, but from what I understood, there are multiple activities that take place in the Center, even a swimming pool. There is an indoor climbing gym around the block. Not to mention that the area itself is very peaceful compared to the Piazza San Marco/ popular areas. There are great restaurants in the vecinity of Ca Bellotto (we dined at Timon, the food was awesome).

− I think that a small vacuum cleaner would have been useful to have for quick cleaning the floors during meal prep or after eating.

L'emplacement. Un peu à l'écart de l'hyper centre touristique. Il permet de découvrir le cannaregio qui a gardé une vraie authenticité. Logement très confortable. Lorenzo propose beaucoup de bonnes adresses et de conseils
