Great base for our family stay in Venice

Antonina gave us detailed directions, even helping us figure out which vaporetto line to take from the train station. She met us at the property and showed us around. She also left a detailed set of recommendations for local restaurants. The apartment was beautiful! We especially loved the roof deck and its views of Venice--we got up to see sunrise there one morning. We also appreciated the coffee and water stocked in the kitchen. Beds and linens were comfy and the bathroom was also well-appointed with toiletries and robes. The elevator was also a nice plus, so we didn't have to lug our suitcases up the stairs. Antonina even brought us extra fans during a heat wave. The neighborhood was quiet and off-the-beaten path, which we enjoyed.

− It was extremely hot during our stay and the AC had a bit of trouble keeping up on the upstairs floor. But Antonina made a special trip to bring us more fans, which made a big difference.

This is an amazing space, the roof terrace is very special. The location is great, away from the crowds and yet accessible to all types of transport. You can get a really good feel of Venice just in the local area. Our host was very helpful, was accessible at all times, and provided us with some very helpful information.

It was a great location. Quiet, but an easy walk to many places. There was a water bus station fairly close, so getting there with our luggage was easy. The host was very helpful, and check-in was easy. The terrace was lovely, and we enjoyed having a panoramic view of the city.

− The only thing we had a little trouble with was the A/C. The room stayed pretty warm, but I think someone came to work on it while we were out.

Perfect 3 night stay in venice...apartment provided everything we wanted.

Loved the location, 25 minute walk to doge palace, in more of a local part of town which is what we wanted. Very spacious, our kids had the loft to themselves and the rooftop patio provided panoramic views of venice that are certainly unmatched. Host was exceptional.

Magnifique appartement sur 2 niveaux avec terrasse permettant de voir les principaux monuments de la cité. Proche de la gare Santa Lucia (15 minutes à pied) L’appartement situé proche du Campo Santa Margherita et du Campo San Barnaba est très lumineux et calme. De nombreux restaurants tout autour ainsi que des supérettes rendent le séjour particulièrement agréable. Je remercie Antonina pour son accueil et sa gentillesse
