The location was perfect, no bridges to cross with luggage, so close to the ferry ,St Marks and everything that mattered. The apartment was comfortable, like staying at my grandmother’s house. The hosts are exceptional people. Carmella was so generous with her time to bring us to the apartment and with her knowledge about the area. Also, no other hosts I dealt with are as generous with what they provide as a welcome pack for our stay. Just terrific people.

− The only thing my wife and daughter needed was more water pressure to wash hair

Amazing Location

The location was perfect, near to Rialto Bridge and next to San Marco square, it couldn't be better! The hostess was very nice, friendly, polite and full of hints that helps you during your vacation there.

− The only thing I have to mention, is, the existence of a few small bottles of foam bath (4 small bottles for 2 people for 3 nights). It could have been more, doesn't cost a lot, last day we used soap to clean ourselves. Also, the price of the hotels/apartments in Venice are surprisingly high! Of course they connect with the demand! The price of this apartment was good, if you compare it with the others, but it is still high, regarding the prices at the rest of european cities!

This apartment is perfectly located and beautifully put together with so many personal touches. You really feel you are staying in someone’s home. Camilla was an amazing host who met us after quite a challenging travel day and gave us many helpful tips on restaurants etc. She was very easy to communicate with and responded almost instantly. Highly recommend! The property does have a small elevator which was much appreciated when traveling with bags!

Fin beliggenhet Høyt under taket - gammelt fint hus Gode seng

− Det var ikke rent! Tepper er ikke støvsuget på veldig lenge, badet hadde gammel støv på flisekanten og ved vasken var det hår fra forrige besøk. Vi kom sent, slik at man hadde hatt tid til å gjøre det rent. Leilighet hadde 1 hvitvinsglass og 1 rødvinsglass, 2 frokostboller, mao dårlig utstyrsnivå. Det hadde vært hyggelig å kunne ta ett glass vin fra like glass. 5 netter inkluderte 3 toalettrull (små - de var mindre enn normalt, oppdaget vi etter at vi måtte kjøpe inn mer)! Heller ingen ekstra søppelposer (en i kjøkken og en på badet - måtte kjøpe inn mer). Unødvendig å spare på disse bruksting - som man ikke har med seg på tur. Mye støy fra plassen utenfor, der folk samlet veldig sent om natta.
