10.0It is spacious, clean and well equipped. The little terrace was also cool and we appreciated the cold water in the fridge.
− Bear in mind that it is on the top of the building so the staircase is hot in the summer (elevator goes to the 4th floor) and you need to go up in a steep stairsfor another floor.

9.0Die Lage dieser Unterkunft ist perfekt um Barcelona zu erkunden. Vieles kann man gut zu Fuß machen. Die Ausstattung im Küchenbereich und im Bad ist toll. Anfragen werden sehr zeitnah und sehr freundlich beantwortet. Check-in und Check-out sind super organisiert.
− Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung. Um es sich abends oder zwischendurch einmal etwas gemütlich zu machen fehlt mindestens eine weitere Sitzgelegenheit. Bei dem oberen Bett muss man wissen, dass man dort keine Stehhöhe hat und das Geländer sehr niedrig ist.
