1.0− My bathroom faucet was broken. They didn't fix it. They didn't change my room. I couldn't shower for two days.

4.0La ubicación es magnífica.
− La habitación estaba bien. El colchón era bastante incómodo y el baño muy pequeño y con ninguna repisa adecuada para dejar ni el neceser (estaba inclinada y todo lo que se ponía encima se caía). Indican que tiene aire acondicionado y lo que tienen es un pingüino que suena ENORMEMENTE. Para poder dormir con eso encendido tienes que tener un sueño muy profundo.

Safe, convenient, and very nice.
10.0The location is very convenient, and we got the room with the most beautiful view. They were always very thoughtful, and we stayed in constant communication for our arrival. The service at the reception was excellent; the staff were very lovely.
− What we didn't like is that check-out is very early. But the good thing is that they let you store your bags so you can keep exploring the city.
Good to know
A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 23:00.
