10.0The location was excellent and safe, close to major attractions and good places to eat. Easy check in and check out, comfortable bed and accommodation, Friendly and helpful staff with questions and recommendations.

We were not happy with this hotel!
1.0The location was good and the bed was comfortable. That’s all we liked about this place.
− The worst part was we messaged them to ask in there was an elevator and told them I was in a wheelchair. They replied that yes there is an elevator. What they didn’t mention was that there were 6 steps to get to the elevator and another three steps to get to the room from the elevator. Try taking a wheelchair and a disabled person up those. Next there was nasty water in the coffeemaker and it never got cleaned out during our stay so no morning coffee. Next there was no staff to ask questions you has to contact them through WhatsApp. There was nobody to help get the luggage to the room and the room they store the luggage in until check in was an open room with no security.

10.0Отель превзошел ожидания. Останавливались на три ночи. Комната большая, чистая, ремонт свежий. Есть все необходимое. Сейф, тапочки, утюг, холодильник. В номере стоит капсульная кофемашина, чайник. Есть возможность доплатить за завтрак. Но мы не ходили. Убирают номер ежедневно. Всегда выбирают время, когда вас нет в номере. При заселении девушка помогла с имеющимися вопросами. Место расположения прекрасное!! Пешая доступность от большинства достопримечательностей. Фонтан Треви буквально 3-5 минут пешком. Колизей, пантеон, испанская лестница….
