1.0− Al nostro arrivo la camera non era stata pulita. Contatto il numero indicato e una volta comunicata la situazione il responsabile si scusa, ci chiede l'iban per effettuarci un rimborso e manda l'addetta alle pulizie. In totale siamo rimasti circa un'ora fuori dalla stanza, in cucina (in comune con le altre stanze) ad attendere. La stanza è stata pulita molto superficialmente, il balcone era sporco di residui di cenere dovuti ad un incendio e non è stato pulito. Il rimborso non è mai arrivato.

9.0Stanza piccola ma comodissima per una sola persona, non mancava nulla, chek-in in libertà con sistemi automatico, a 50 mt dalla metro, stanza con aria condizionata, TV, bagno completo di tutto. Sinceramente da tornare.
− Nulla in particolare, forse forse il cuscino un pò troppo sottile, ma alla fine questo è soggettivo ad ogni ospite
