9.0The location was really good....We walked everywhere! You can get to ST Marks Square and Rialto Bridge in 15 minute walks. Easy access to public vapparato - water bus! Breakfast was great.....an Italian Nonna made us breakfast every day

9.0Lage ist wunderbar, etwas abgelegen von den Touristenströmen, dafür zenral und guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Besuche. Sehr schöne Aussttung, freundliche Menschen vor Ort und feines Frühstück.
− Alles wunderbar - klein & fein! Kein Hotel, nur Zimmer, also keine Bar o.ä, dafür kann man ins Partnerhotel American direkt ggü. gehen.

9.0Personale gentilissimo, fin dall'accoglienza e per tutto il soggiorno fino al check-out. La camera era davvero pulita e ben mantenuta, molto tranquilla, moderna ma dal sapore spiccatamente veneziano. La zona centrale, molto comoda eppure tranquilla.
− Non mi hanno convinto particolarmente la gestione della scala dell'androne (su cui forse però non hanno autonomia di intervento) e soprattutto alcune piccole riparazioni del bagno, oggetto di siliconature un po' troppo affrettate, decisamente non allineate a quanto stavo pagando.

10.0Carlotta and Julia were very very kind and hospitable. Julia prepared made to order breakfast everyday ranging from omelette to pancakes and they were the best breakfast ever from hotel stay. Small but incredibly nice hotel with great location away from St. Mark's Square. I would definitely come back to this hotel next time when I am in Venice. Thank you Carlotta and Julia for amazing stay.
