Wonderful 5 days in Amsterdam
9.0We loved the homely feel of the apartment, the location was excellent, within walking distance of the centre, Anne Frank house and the museum quarter, the public transport was very close, easy to use and very cheap, there is a small balcony overlooking the canal, the cafe next door was lovely and there was plenty of eateries and take always close by, the bed was a good size and comfy with an en-suite bathroom, a good sized lounge/diner with small balcony and a kitchen area with kettle, toaster, microwave, sink, fridge and coffee machine, Trini the host is lovely and we would stay again if we return to beautiful Amsterdam.
− This is not a criticism more of a please be aware, as others have stated the stairs are very steep, 2 flights, however we found them easy enough once we had gotten used to them, I was expecting a cooking plate to make basic snacks but unfortunately rules have changed so this is not available anymore, a couple of small chairs on the balcony would of been nice.
The apartment is conveniently located for local shops and restaurants as well as short walk to central Leidseplein area.

8.0Great location with a balcony overlooking the Canal. Tram 17 close by to catch to main area to Central Station to connect for your trains. Great bar with nice food a few doors down. On the corner.
− The dreaded two sets of stairs lugging suitcases was a struggle.
Excelente barrio, muy recomendable.
10.0Muy buena alternativa en Amsterdam, departamento amplio y cómodo para dos personas. Buen barrio, céntrico y bien conectado.
− Es normal en Amsterdam encontrar escaleras muy, pero muy empinadas. Si son personas con movilidad reducida o que traen mucho equipaje, este departamento no es recomendable. Para nosotros no es el caso y todo anduvo muy bien.

9.0Very convenient flat and super bright flat. Easy to reach the city centre on foot or via tram. I'd highly recommend it. Trini was always available to help. The neighbourhood was very safe and had great shops/restaurants to offer! I'd like to go back
− The stairs are a bit of an issue (but this is what you get in ALL Amsterdam) so be prepared for VERY steep staircase (No lift). The second thing that could be improved was the mattress which was very soft and the host could consider upgrading.

9.0Trini was communicative and very helpful. House has great light and air. very nice balcony. Very comfortable bed and great area.
− Water in Shower can be stronger. but that is minor. House is lovely!
