8.0Buffet was good. Staff were very helpful especially when assisting with luggage transfer. Clean and quiet area. Always felt safe walking around. Queen bed & room size was pretty good. Not the newest or fanciest hotel, but a solid affordable option. Offered toiletries and pjs.

10.0The stay was wonderful, with the friendly staff and breakfasts. The hotel's location is very quiet and close to train stations for getting around the city. The beds were comfortable and the daily cleaning was 100%.

8.0Hotel di buon livello adeguato al prezzo pagato camera spaziosa e silenziosa, abbondante colazione giapponese scarsa la versione continentale. Ubicato in quartiere nuovo arioso e tranquillo a 500 metri dalla metro e a 20 minuti a piedi da Ginza e dal mercato del pesce.

10.0Room was bigger than expected. The free buffet breakfast is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Was a great start to our vacation.
