8.0This property is a former residential apartment building converted into guest apartments, which makes for a very unique and interesting concept. The accommodation operates on a complete self-service model with no on-site staff or traditional hotel services. The contactless check-in process was smooth and straightforward.

8.0La posizione è stata comoda: vicina ad un paio di fermate della metro e ad una fermata del bus che porta direttamente al Tokyo Sky Tree. Appartamento tutto sommato spazioso e ben organizzato, presenza di lavatrice e buona dotazione della cucina. Presenza della culla (rarissima in Giappone) che però è una next to me.
− La pulizia del pavimento non era ottimale, ma il personale ha prontamente rimediato dopo la segnalazione. Sarebbero stati utili un po' di appendini a muro, quantomeno in bagno e in camera. Macchinoso il check in e purtroppo scomodissime le scale, soprattutto con il passeggino.
