Wat een geweldige plek! Vlot bereikbaar, onthaal en uitleg in het appartement zelf, communicatie voor aankomst erg vlot en reactief. Zeer ruim, overal airco, erg proper, alsof je één van de eerste gasten bent. Ruime kamers met luiken en/of elektrische rolluiken. Prijs-kwaliteit top. We hebben in Venetië op meer dan 10 plekken gelogeerd, dit was de grootste, mooiste, netste plek van allemaal. Hier komen we graag terug.

− Het is zoeken naar verbeterpunten. De airco op 1 kamer werkte niet (of niet zo goed), maar de temperatuur bleef door de andere airco's oa in de gang haalbaar. Maar dit is een detail in een zee van pluspunten.

Had high expections, but disappointed due to uncomfortable stay with inadequate air conditioning.

The location and the apartment itself, aside from inadequate air conditioning.

− The heating/air conditioning system is controlled remotely by property management/owner. One AC unit is mounted in kitchen to cool the entire large apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, and kitchen via air vents. While the kitchen was very comfortable and the adjacent living room adequate, the 2 bedrooms were extremely hot. The thermostat in my bedroom registered nearly 25 at night to nearly 28 Celsius during day, with all curtains and shutters closed throughout the apartment. Any unlatched window lock renders the entire system to shut down so you can’t use open windows, even at night. Upon check in, I called attention to how hot it was in the bedroom, the management team member agreed, fiddled with the thermostat and said it appears to be non functioning. I learned then we can’t control the temperature ourselves. She said she will put in a request for maintenance to come check it, and later, told us it’s not expected til the next morning.. The next day, after several messages to the managing team, someone finally responds mid afternoon that system is working as it should. They reiterated all windows must be completely closed (not just closed but the window lock latched), and suggests all curtains and shutters closed too. We talked them into bringing a fan which helped pull more air from kitchen to living room,but bedrooms were very hot for rest and sleep.

Amazing apartment in a great location!!!

The location was excellent. Away from the tourist crowds but plenty of restaurant options very close by. The newly renovated property was absolutely amazing. Well appointed in every aspect including the Murano chandelier and other decorative pieces. The apartment was spotless and large. The pictures on the website are exactly how the unit is. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Sehr gute Lage, wenn man sich schon etwas auskennt in Venedig.

− Hohe Schränke und darin enthaltene Kleiderstangen müssten regelmäßig vom Staub befreit werden.
