4.0The air conditioner in my room kept shutting off frequently, making the room not cool enough. I first tried calling reception using the in-room phone, but no one answered. I then had to use my personal mobile phone, and it still took several attempts before someone picked up. A staff member came to check and suggested changing rooms. However, since it was already past midnight, it was inconvenient for me to pack up, though I was fine with just moving to another bed. The staff refused, and I was left to sleep in an uncomfortably hot room. The next morning at checkout, I informed the front desk about the incident, but there was no apology or acknowledgment. This experience was extremely disappointing. Once is enough—I will not return to this hotel

10.0酒店新，由Ratchathewi BTS站3号出口落樓梯轉左行2-3分鐘便到，非常方便，酒店附近有7-11，幾間按摩店，晚上還有街頭小炒及地道小食，房間整潔新淨，花灑出水夠熱，冷氣夠静，早餐好味，特別是泰式炒河粉好食，整體好，下次會再次入住。
Extremely noisy!
4.0The hotel is right out to a very busy street, and the windows/ door (we had a balcony) had almost no sound isolation. It was extremely noisy day and night, and combined with the very hard bed, meant we slept very little, even with ear plugs, so it was exhausting. Everything else about the hotel is actually pretty good. So would definitely recommend if you are deaf.
