6.0Okay .. as a small business owner, i don't usually leave less than highest reviews, but because this hotel has (imo) inflated ratings i stayed here... Please note, across the four room block i reserved, the standard room was fine, even good. The 3 superior rooms are not good. They have beds crammed into rafters, if you're with drunk friends or several kids, this might be a good value, certainly for the proximity to transport (& the loud popular bars). I have no idea about building codes in London. But the superior rooms wouldn't pass code.

6.0Noisy area. Music played at midnight by residents within the hotel. The TV did not work properly.

10.0We had the most amazing check in with Ali making everything we needed happen! Top guy and so accommodating he made our Anniversary weekend perfect.
