Gostei da localização do imóvel, dos quartos disponíveis e espaço. Outro ponto positivo é a cozinha muito bem equipada com pratos, panelas e talheres, além da máquina de café disponível com pó de café de qualidade. O custo-benefício foi muito bom, pois estava a procura de um imóvel com estacionamento dada a dificuldade de estacionar em Tokyo.

− Apesar de ser ótimo ter o estacionamento disponível, a posição dele e o espaço disponível eram pontos que dificultaram um pouco a logística. A limpeza estava Ok, porém em alguns pontos como no banheiro poderia ser melhor.

My son had a concert he was attending in Ikebukuro and it was just around the corner. I was able to take him and his friend to the concert, come back to the house to relax, and easily pick him up. The house was just the right amount of space and comfort that we needed, with everything we needed laid out.

− I have a larger car and parking was tight. We fit, but had to get out of the car before parking. If you have a larger car, know that it fits but might be close.

スーパー、駅にも近く便利な場所。

− ダイニングテーブルが拭き上げられておらず汚れたままだった。また浴槽内もザラザラで清掃されていないだろう印象だった。

Great house in Tokyo

Fabulous houses 10 minute walk from a JY train station. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It is in a residential district away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo centre, a welcome retreat after busy days. We found it easy to reach all our planned activities from the house, by train.

− The shower set is Japanese with the shower not over the bath. Whilst appreciating this, it is hard to use. I couldn’t reach the taps from the bath and the shower head wouldn’t always stay in the holder.
