9.0Beautiful room. Really lovely host. Use of the kitchen facilities. Roof terrace would have been great if the weather hadn't been so wet.
− Next to the canal looked beautiful but you are basically by their main road junction, so long as you don't mind some early morning noise, it's very entertaining to watch the large boats and gondolas navigating around each other.

8.0Location is excellent! 5-10 minutes to San Marco Piazza. Not too noisy at night, at least not on our visit. Shared kitchen is very nice to have and there is a Coop market very near. Terrace is accessible after some stairs in the shared lobby and is also very nice. We had a nice romantic candlelight evening with the wife up there 😍
− Stairs to the terrace can feel a little small and cramped and difficult to ascend if you are not that agile. Streets leading to the appartment can be dirty and smelling bad. Venezia itself is very romantic but even as tourists ourselves it felt like there were too many tourists when we visited in end of May.

7.0Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer (das Zimmer mit Balkon), geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modernes Bad. Zur Unterkunft gehören auch ein zweckmäßige Gemeinschaftsküche sowie Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Kanäle, die sich vor dem Haus kreuzen. Man ist in 5min an der Rialto Brücke, 10 min zu. Markusplatz, wenn man den richtigen Weg findet...
− Der Balkon war so schmal, dass man gerade so darauf stehen könnte. Zum Sitzen reicht er leider nicht. Über die Kanäle geht gerade früh (ab 6uhr) starker Lieferverkehr mit Motorkähnen und es wird laut.Weil es eng ist, wird dort oft mit viel Motorleistung manövriert. Direkt unter dem Balkon ist eine Abladestelle. Das hatten wir nicht erwartet und damit von uns keine Empfehlung bzgl der Lage. Die Möbel der Dachterrasse haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, sie gehen langsam kaputt. Die Sitzpolster während der ganzen Zeit verdreckt... Es gibt viele Tauben in Venedig.
