8.0La casa si trova in un quartiere tranquillo è comoda perché è a tre minuti dalla metro e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Rambla.Cucina piccola ma dotata di tutto.
To sum up the property is very good, but there is always space for improvement :).
7.0The location is excellent, metro/bus lines are in the close proximity, as well as "Lidl", and the Maritime Museum / Aquarium. The area seems to be quite safe, we did not have any problem. The property is clean, quite well equipped (though no grater :-S). All in all, we are quite satisfied with the property and stay.
− The property in general is fine, except for quite narrow stairs (more or less okay, if you do not have a toddler/pushchair) and narrow kitchen, so that if you are of XL+ size, it might be tricky to come closer to the stove and microwave (we are of S and L sizes, so we managed). No shelf in the shower cabin - it is not a lethal fault, but might be annoying :)

4.0Die Lage in der Stadt ist gut, daher auch ausgewählt. Montjuic-Hügel zu Fuß oder Gondel zu erreichen, Hafen in der Nähe. Viertel zwischen Montjuic und Raval "divers", bunt. Lidl in der Nähe. Ausstattung ausreichend bis gut. Heizung bzw. air-conditioning funktionierte gut.
− Leider war Anfang Februar 2026 eine riesige Baustelle vor der Wohnung. Ganze Straße tief aufgerissen. Neue Abwasserrohre. Dadurch laut (Presslufthammer) und schwer zu erreichen, mit Taxi gar nicht. Wasser fiel unangekündigt aus, als ich unter der Dusche stand. Die Baustelle hätte die Vermietfirma mitteilen müssen, schon gar für den Preis der Wohnung. Küche und Bad winzig, Wohnung sehr dunkel und schlecht zu belüften, Nachbarin mit kläffendem Hund bis ein Uhr nachts (am Wochenende wesentlich später) sehr laut (Trennwand nur Rigips). Ein Schlafzimmer dadurch nur eingeschränkt zu benutzen. Man wird als Gast ermahnt, auf Nachbarn Rücksicht zu nehmen. Umgekehrt gilt dies offenbar nicht., Kaffeemaschine verkalkte und funktionierte nach zwei Tagen nicht mehr. Auf Wunsch nach Ersatz wurde nicht reagiert. Schon aus Kulanz hätte die Vermietfirma nachträglich einen kleinen Ersatz leisten können. Hat sie abgelehnt. Die Rückzahlung der Kaution von 300 € musste nach über einer Woche angemahnt werden.

-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
