Great location and nice character apartment
8.0The location was great, plenty of cafes nearby, lovely leafy streets and not do far to walk anywhere. Plus the building and apartment have a nice character vibr
− The living spaces are disconnected and particularly the dining table area is limited for an apartment that that sleeps 9. It wouldn’t matter if you weren’t planning to eat or spend time in the apartment.
Poteva essere un buon voto ma la gestione degli inconvenienti l'ha fatto scendere decisamente.
4.0gli spazi sono ampi, 2 bagni con entrambi la doccia, quel che serve quando si è in più di 4 persone, Diverse camere sufficientemente spaziose. Accesso facile alla struttura.
− la struttura ha i suoi anni quindi pavimenti e serramenti non permettono un grande isolamento acustico, detto questo, nulla di tragico o per cui non si possa dormire. Non ho apprezzato la gestione degli inconvenienti, nel nostro caso un'intera mattinata senza acqua. Immaginate di essere in vacanza in 7 persone che si svegliano e si trovano a non poter utilizzare un bagno, una doccia, nulla che necessiti acqua. Una volta contattata la struttura quello che sono stati disposti ad offrirci come aiuto o soluzione sono state delle scuse e richiesta di comprensione per l'inconveniente. dopo reclamo tramite booking si erano offerti di darci un rimborso di 21 euro totali, ben 3 euro a persona, quando noi ne abbiamo pagati 76a persona, al giorno (tot. 1600 circa x 3gg, tassa soggiorno esclusa). Ridicolo e quasi imbarazzante. Un host deve saper gestire gli inconvenienti anche rispondendo di tasca propria per fornire una soluzione. del resto è il rischio del mestiere che va calcolato a fronte dei non esigui guadagni fatti durante l'anno.
