7.0Lage und Größe der Wohnung waren perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt in der Querstraße um die Ecke. Tram-Haltestelle nur ca. 200m entfernt. Supermarkt, Späti und FastFood direkt vor der Haustür.
− Es gab ein paar kleine Probleme (defekter Badlüfter, verstopfter Abfluss in der Dusche und mangelnde Sauberkeit). Vom Besitzer wurde zugesagt, die Mängel für nachfolgende Besucher zu beheben. Das Appartement befindet sich in einem Hinterhof.
A Cozy Stay and Excellent Value
9.0Nice and clean apartment in a great location. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, many of them open until late at night. We stayed for three nights. On two nights, I was able to find a parking spot just a 2-minute walk away on Straße Street, and on the third night the nearest spot was about a 7-minute walk from the apartment. The hosts were always responsive, even on a public holiday, and typically replied within 10 minutes. There is a large grocery store within a 5-minute walk at Antonplatz, and a direct tram connection to Alexanderplatz. Overall, the apartment offers excellent value for money, and I would gladly stay there again.

10.0Locatie aproape de centru, usor accesibila, dotata cu ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur de genul. Paturile foarte comfortabile, baia si bucataria foarte bine echipata. A fost de ajuns pentru 5 oameni.

Warm, cosy and had a lot of character.
9.0Loved the aesthetic and felt safe in a nice area. The hosts were great at communication. The area also had great transport connections.
