Comfortable family stay in central Tokyo.
9.0Well organised room of good size (for Japan) with space for 3 large suitcases. Great wet room/ shower wirh bath tub. Large washing machine/drier. Well equipped kitchen with 2 induction fields, rice cooker, microwave and toaster oven. Proper table to sit at with Japanese style seating area that converts to sleeping area with mattresses on the floor when more than 2 people staying in the room. Lots of clean towels and option to change towels every day. Manned reception area (except for early morning hours) with very friendly and helpful staff. Lift has code so feels nice and secure. Slippers and robes provided. Excellent location wothin 4 mins walk from Shin Nihonbashi JR station. One stop to Tokyo and easy transfer to Narita express. Free luggage storage when checking out. Great place - highly recommend. Just be aware there are 2 large sigle beds and any additional people will be in Tatami area on mattresses on the floor.
− Would be nice to have a couple of tea bags and coffee pods provided complimentary. Otherwise all great.

8.0距離JR車站步行1分鐘，交通相當方便。服務人員相當親切，對於我們提出的問題，都是即時親自來解決，服務人員絕對是我願意給這住宿高評價的主因之一。
− 我們住宿的房型是家庭房，有廚房、洗衣機。可以自己烹煮簡單的料理，也有洗衣機，對於旅行多日的家庭來說，應該是相當方便，但唯一讓我不滿意的就是冷氣了，一般的冷氣是恆溫，冷氣會依據設定的溫度來調整大小，但這一房間的冷氣不是，它是溫度涼到一個溫度，就會停止，完全沒有風吹出，所以慢慢地就會有悶熱的感覺，等到溫度過高，冷氣才會再啟動，一開始我們還以為是冷氣壞了，找服務人員來看看，才知道這冷氣原本就是這樣。忽冷忽熱的結果，我三個小孩就都感冒了。
