A lovely split apartment in Venice!
10.0The property is beautiful, is in a fabulous location, and has a great view of the canals and passing gondolas. There was easy access via water taxi and water bus. The staff were wonderful and helpful.

9.0The location was great...walking distance to everything. The views out the windows into the canal were unforgettable. Plenty of room and very clean.
− The only issue we had was that the air conditioning wasn't working at the moment in the main part of the house and we were in a bit of a heat wave...so that was a bit frustrating.
Great location but poor maintained units

− A/Cs were not working properly and host was aware and did not fixed for our arrival. One of the beds was a sofa bed with a poor mattress. Fridge on two units has a chunk of ice which means poor maintenance. For the high price we paid it was not acceptable.
