10.0Staff was great and even helped us get our luggage delivered to next hotel. Set up of the room was very smart and perfect for longer stays. In a more quiet area of Tokyo.
− More of a walk to the station that I normally would expect from Tokyo but not bad by any means.
The location is great, near subways and 7-11 stores.
7.0My nephew was staying at same hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind when they were present.
− The beds were too far from the bathroom with the kitchen, table and chairs in the way. The sofa beds were supported by drawer that were difficult to open. The step outside the hotel was unexpected and not marked and I fell because I didn’t see it.
Everything was great as usual!

10.0The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. The location was between 2 train stations and very walkable. I definitely recommend MONday apart Premium!
