10.0Ma conjointe et moi avons adoré notre séjour à Venise du début à la fin. Laura nous a accueilli avec bienveillance et sympathie. Elle est restée joignable durant la totalité du séjour et a pris de nos nouvelles. Le logement est idéalement situé pour réaliser les visites culturelles de Venise. Une station de transport en commun maritime est à 1 minute à pied. Les principaux sites peuvent tous être faits à pied en moins de 15 minutes. De plus, on est à côté d'une rue commerçante ce qui permet de bénéficier de ses nombreux services tout en étant assez isolé phoniquement. Nous recommandons le museum pass qui est parfait pour les visites ! Le logement en lui-même est confortable et bien équipé. On peut cuisiner, regarder un film et petit bonus, prendre ses petits déjeuner dans la cour intérieure privée. Le lit est confortable, la douche nickel, rien à redire ! La déco est tendance et permet de s'immerger dans l'ambiance vénitienne tout en restant sobre. Pour les personnes ayant besoin d'un bon wifi ou d'une clim, vous êtes couverts ;) Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour !!!!

The place to be in Venice
10.0Laura is an amazing host! Location was great to discover Venice. The apartment was fresh but also had air conditioning if needed. it was nice to have the basics for cooking and it even had cold beverages on the fridge. Bathroom included amenities and around the apartment you could find everything you could need: iron, hair dryer, towels, dishwasher, etc.
We are happy to recommend it!
10.0The room is nicely decorated, with many utensils in the kitchen, very close to Rialto, and the supermarket is close to the apartment. The hosts have a restaurant around the corner, we felt no constraint to go there, but we did. Warm enough in the winter period.
