7.0Appartamento spazioso e a 5min a piedi dalla metro. Quartiere molto tranquillo, alcuni market e ristoranti vicini.
− Arredato in maniera un po' triste, anche se funzionale. Le lenzuola in poliestere facevano sudare tantissimo di notte. La lavatrice non ha funzione asciugatura, che nei soggiorni brevi sarebbe utile. Il balconcino è inaccessibile perchè occupato interamente dalle macchine dei condizionatori. Mai visto nessuno dello staff, anche se rispondono velocemente nella chat di booking. Non è possibile organizzare il servizio Takkyubin perché non c'è reception. Non avevano culla per neonato.

10.0位置便利很好找，离地铁站几百米，乘坐日比谷线可以去中转其他线路，地铁站出来能看到晴空塔。自主入住很便捷，夜晚安静，早上也只有鸟叫。 相比东京其他住宿，房间面积比较大，但沙发应该不足够睡一个成年人。因为是民宿，房间内不提供饮用水等，可以理解，楼下100米有711能购买。门口另有免费的雨伞出门可以使用，非常贴心～ 附近有一些餐馆，友情提示那家711旁边叫博多烧鸟的烧鸟店烤串很咸，可以浅尝但不建议多吃。。不如以优惠的价格吃一顿松屋的美味牛肉饭，再加个温泉蛋。

8.0The location was very good and easy to catch the metro, also it is a kind of central location for many different suburbs, easy to access to the building, everything work how should. It is really great place for short stay
− Very limited in space for three people and does not have a cooking area for preparing meals apart from very basic breakfast, the communication with the owner was not at all

10.0The location was amazing! Close to Ueno Park and just 5 minutes from the metro. There are also plenty of supermarkets and great restaurants nearby. The room was excellent, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Our children’s bed was already made upon arrival, which was really nice. We will definitely come back here again!
