The apartment is in the middle of the commercial center of Kifisia, but quiet, very clean and very well equipped. It was perfect for our purpose.

Das schöne Apartment ist modern und sehr gut eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Auch an Kleinigkeiten ist gedacht (z.B. an/ausschaltbares Nachtlicht im Bad). Es liegt sehr ruhig und bietet eine angenehme Athmosphäre um sich dort aufzuhalten. Der Balkon liegt nach hinten raus und ist sehr ruhig. Man blickt in's Grüne und fühlt sich sehr wohl dort. Der Balkon war ein wichtiger Punkt für uns, sehr erholsam. Die Lage ist super, man ist zentral in Kifisia mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften gleich nebenan. Im Apartment hört man davon nichts (nur im Schlafzimmer ist die Lüftung des Nachbargebäudes hörbar, uns hat sie nicht gestört).

Zeer smaakvol ingericht. Van alle gemakken voorzien: heerlijke bedden, volledig ingerichte keuken, airconditioning en heerlijk balkon. In winkelgebied van Kifisia en dicht bij metrostation. Contact met verhuurster is zeer goed.

We had an exceptional stay in this apartment in Kifisia, and it easily exceeded our expectations. The location is one of its strongest assets — perfectly situated right in the heart of Kifisia, with immediate access to a wide variety of shops, cafés, and restaurants. Everything you might need is just a short walk away, which made our stay both convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated and feels brand new. Every detail has clearly been carefully considered. The bathroom is modern, stylish, and extremely comfortable, offering a high-end, almost hotel-like experience. The kitchen is equally impressive — fully equipped, functional, and very pleasant to use, whether for a quick breakfast or a full meal. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, as the apartment is well-secured and located in a calm, upscale area. What truly made the difference, however, was the quality of the hosts. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive, always making sure that everything was perfect for us. Their effort to ensure we had the best possible experience did not go unnoticed. Overall, this is a top-quality apartment in an excellent location, with outstanding hosts. We would absolutely recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

Spotlessly clean from the moment I walked in. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of everything, with restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. The apartment itself was incredibly well-equipped, nothing felt missing. The host was responsive and communicative throughout.
